[Event]Help us put climate change on Minister Mboweni’s agenda

Will you be able to join us on the 26th of February?
Dear Friend,
We need to stop public money being used to support fossil fuels.
South Africa is ready for a just transition to renewable energy, and we need to make sure our public finance institutions are investing in it. Ahead of this year’s budget speech, we will be outside parliament in Cape Town to send a message to the finance minister, Tito Mboweni, that the public finance institutions he is in charge of need to commit to stop funding fossil fuels and to put their weight behind a just transition to renewable energy. *Will you be able to join us on the 26th of February? *
*Here are the details:*
– Wednesday 26th February – 8am – 9:30am – Parliament, Cape Town (bottom of Roeland Street) – *Click here to let us know you’re coming.*
