The Department of Environment, Forestry and Fisheries (DEFF) and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ) have commissioned Mthente Research and Consulting Services to conduct the South Africa’s Climate Change Education and Awareness Survey. The survey aims to assess the awareness and education levels of the South African public on issues of climate change. The findings of the research will help inform government’s future communication strategy on these issues. We are surveying respondents from government, academia and civil society.
We would like to invite you to take the survey on climate change education in South Africa by following the link below:
Your participation is voluntary and confidential. You can also withdraw your participation at any stage. However, your views will help inform government policies and how issues around climate change are communicated to the South African public, so your participation is greatly appreciated.
*If you do not have time to complete the survey, you’re also welcome to send forward this email to the people in your organisation for them to complete. *
